Your rights and responsibilities

You have the right to necessary medical attention 24 hours a day, every day of the year. If the surgery is closed and you are in need of urgent medical attention, please call 111. In a dire emergency, dial 999 and ask for the ambulance service.

You have the right to choose your doctor and will be asked your preference at the time of registering. You also have the right to change your preference at any time. To do this, please use our ask reception a question form.

You have the right to see and have a copy of your medical record and any notes that have been made about you. There will be a small charge for any copies you may wish to have made.
