Ways of Ordering your Repeat Medication

• By using the NHS App.
• By using our online services, SystmOnline. If you are not registered to use this service, please complete our Register for Online Services form.
• Through your local pharmacy.
• By post.

Please allow three clear working days for your repeat prescriptions to be prepared (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Monitored dosage systems are available on request. If you would like your prescription request slip posted to you, please provide a stamped addressed envelope.

Dispensing Prescriptions

We are a dispensing practice and can dispense medicines for patients who live more than one mile (1.6km) from a pharmacy. The dispensary is open 09:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday. The dispensary is closed on Thursdays between 12:00 – 13:00.

If you wish to collect your medication directly from a pharmacist, please let us know which pharmacist you would like your prescription sent to by using our online Register for the Electronic Prescription Service form.

Medication Reviews

We carry out dispensing reviews to ensure that patients understand the purpose of the medicines they are taking, and to counter wastage/over usage of medication. If you have been advised by the surgery that your medication review is due, please use our Medication Review form.
