The new entrance lobby is open and presents a fresh new look to the practice.
The last of the major works is underway, transforming Dispensary and the front desk into a large, welcoming area. We can’t wait to show you the difference this will make to patient introductions to the practice. Gone are the days of darkness!
Dispensary is still very much open and is accessed through the front lobby and turning right.
Our reception team are gallantly working on while their office is a building site, from within our new meeting room space. The front reception desk is currently in one half of this meeting room, as it has a soundproof concertina door that separates it into two different rooms. We are looking forward to using this space for groups in the future.
The new reception desk has been crafted specially and is due to arrive on site in the last week of August. We are planning to open up fully by the end of September.
This has been a very challenging year, for both staff and patients. We thank you all for your patience. It has been fun discussing the changes as they have happened, to lighten, brighten and extend the practice.
