Dementia Support in Norfolk and Waveney

If you’re worried about your memory, have been diagnosed with dementia, or care for someone who has been diagnosed, we’re here to help.

  • Get specialised advice, information and much needed emotional support from one of our locally based team.
  • We’re experts in getting you the tailored help you need, including accessing practical support at home, signposting to relevant services or local groups, developing coping strategies and understanding the disease.
  • We have specialised local knowledge to support you in Norfolk and Waveney.
  • Talk to someone face to face at home, over the telephone, by email or by post.  
  • Our locally based service is here to support people for as long as they need us, as many times as they need us.

The Alzheimer’s Society National Support line is 0333 150 3456 and is available:

  • 9am to 8pm Monday to Wednesday
  • 9am to 5pm Thursday and Friday
  • 10am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday.

Dementia UK Admiral Nurse Dementia Helpline is 0800 888 6678 and is available

  • 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday
  • Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm
  • Open Bank Holidays 9am to 5pm (except Christmas Day).
