If you’re worried about your memory, have been diagnosed with dementia, or care for someone who has been diagnosed, we’re here to help.

Get specialised advice, information and much needed emotional support from one of our locally based team.
We’re experts in getting you the tailored help you need, including accessing practical support at home, signposting to relevant services or local groups, developing coping strategies and understanding the disease.
We have specialised local knowledge to support you in Norfolk and Waveney.
Talk to someone face to face at home, over the telephone, by email or by post.
Our locally based service is here to support people for as long as they need us, as many times as they need us.
